fostering public confidence and maintaining the highest standards of excellence as a community partner for positive change. We will embrace community

policing to encourage meaningful community connections through building strong and diverse partnerships. We will attract and retain people with a passion

to serve at the highest degree. In conclusion, we will be committed to the career development of our employees so that they will be proficient and prepared to
